My time at Sawbill was such a treasure. The solitude, quiet and calm were exactly what I was needing. I napped, brewed coffee, cooked whatever I wanted when I wanted to, played with fabric, explored the house and the neighborhood, listened to WUWU, slept in and watched the snow fall, visited the Fibershed twice, talked on the radio, dined with neighbors, walked on the freezing cold, windy beach, climbed to the top of the dune, and leaned in to feeling out where I'm headed. It was the perfect way to gain some insight into what's next and what I am prioritizing and how to move forward. Thank you for creating such a lovely space! I'm so grateful.

I loved the little yellow bedroom with lots of sunlight. I found the most delicious caramelized onion jam at the Family Fare in Frankfort and a wonderful rose flavored latte at Bella's Cafe. I spent my time gazing at the falling snow, writing, playing with collage, and editing images.
